After several weeks of spectulation, the proposed swap between Barcelona and Inter Milan for attackmen Samuel Eto’o and Zlatan Ibrahimovic looks like its actually going to happen, and soon at that.
Ibra has already left Inter Milan coach Jose Murinho’s training grounds in California, according to Sky Sports. The Italian champs are in the midst of a pre-season US tour aka the inuagural World Football Classic. Eto’o’s agent Josep Mesalles says “All the details have been filed.” ”We have reached a deal with Inter.” However, Inter Milan’s president Massimo Moratti insists that nothing is official. A deal is expected to be complete by next week.
Meanwhile, Barcelona and Ibra are yet to move forward on their proposed signing.

Its hard to think the Italian champs can be better without offensive juggernaut Ibra, but Eto’o should compliment rising Inter stars Balotelli and Quaresmo.
